We change the oil in our Cars and trucks, we brush our teeth, we
buy the best of everything, but yet we neglect our bodies with nutrition
depleted foods, and at times junk foods and wonder why our bodies crash
mid-day.
I have a balanced blend of all of these plants, roots and berries. Years ago I would crash around 2pm every day. I no longer need naps at 2pm, naps that turned into 30 to 40 minute sleeping blocks. I've taken my health back!
